Warren IS OUR HEAD OF RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, responsible for managing client relationships as well as working with Performa’s marketing and business development teamS to cultivate new relationships.  In addition, he develops relationships with existing clients and their service providers and assists in the development of new business opportunities. Over the years Warren has been a conference task force member for various captive insurance associations, WAS a member of the SCCIA (South Carolina) board FROM 2021 - 2025 and was Chair of the 2019 SCCIA conference. In recognition of his leadership and industry contributions, Warren was awarded the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association’s Person of the Year award in 2025 and was recognized as a member of Captive International’s 2024 Forty Under 40.  Prior to joining Performa in 2014, he held various positions with BuysideFX, a foreign exchange trading software provider based in Burlington, Vermont. Warren graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship and economics.
