Brandon is a Compliance Associate responsible for researching, writing and enforcing policies and procedures to comply with ongoing SEC and BMA initiatives. He is also responsible for completing regulatory filing requirements and providing various legal functions to the firm. Prior to joining Performa in 2016, he was a Contract Attorney in one of the nation’s largest plaintiff’s litigation firms and, while completing his legal studies, interned with a local software development company, assisting startup organizations with government and commercial contracts. Brandon graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Management and Marketing and earned a law degree from the Charleston School of Law.
