Peter is Performa’s Head of Asset Allocation & Liquid Markets responsible for asset allocation, managing client liquidity and external manager oversight. As Head of Asset Allocation, he is responsible for managing overall client exposure in accordance with their stated guidelines and positioning within the firm’s asset allocation policies. His responsibilities also include oversight of the firm’s money market fund and other cash management strategies. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s Investment Policy Group (IPG).  Prior to joining Performa in 2015, Peter held positions at The GFI Group as an inter-dealer broker covering MBS (mortgage-backed securities), ABS (asset-backed securities) and CLOs (collateralized loan obligations) and more recently at AOC Securities in institutional fixed income sales.  Prior to that, he worked at Dwight Asset Management as a Structured Product Portfolio Manager with a particular focus on RMBS (residential mortgage-backed) and ABS. Peter graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Finance & Management Information Systems.
